Intensive Delivery Mode

The Intensive Mode follows a 4-week delivery model totaling 45 required course hours.

Week 1: Pre-Intensive Week
Learners are expected to dedicate 3–6 hours to attend virtual evening sessions (typically Tuesday and Wednesday, 6–9 p.m. via Zoom). These sessions include an overview of the curriculum, syllabus, and course shell, and confirmation of the agenda for the LIVE course week. Learners will also spend an additional time during this week reviewing course materials, beginning group work, or completing pre-course assignments.

Week 2: LIVE Week
This is the main course delivery period, totaling 30 hours (Monday to Friday). Learners engage in daily content delivery either in-person at Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory or virtually via Zoom. Each day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break.

Week 3: Post-Intensive Week
During this week, learners complete the final expectations of the course, which includes a 3-hour evening Zoom session (6–9 p.m.) for course wrap-up with the instructor and class. Learners may also book office hours with the instructor, Cultural Advisor, or Student Success Facilitator as needed.

Week 4: Completion Week
This final week is dedicated to completing and submitting all remaining assignments through the course shell in Brightspace.
