The Operations Officer - Finance works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and FNTI staff in support of all business operations of FNTI. The Operations Officer – Finance is responsible for financial processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including Payroll, consultant contracts and General Ledger when necessary.
Under the direction of the Vice President, Enrolment Management and Student Services, the Student Information Management System Administrator (SIMS Administrator) is responsible for the coordination, administration and management of all relevant data into the FNTI Student Information Management System. The SIMS Administrator will work closely with the Registrar to provide user access and maintain system security. The SIMS Administrator will support all activities related to the input, quality assurance and management of data into FNTI’s Student Information Management system. The SIMS Administrator will provide support services to all users.
